This webinar investigates the profound effect of real food on “good” behaviour in a dog. In the first section, we discuss the evidence for real food promoting sound behaviour in dogs. We then investigate why that might be the case, discussing the crucial role of fresh protein (including the tryptophan delusion), vitamins, minerals, fats and bioactive compounds. In the third section we delve deep into the gut. We’ve all heard the line “90% of your serotonin comes from your gut” but it goes much deeper than that. We finish with best advice for the stressed dog.
