How long does it take?!
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery in Ireland and the UK.
When you order you will receive an order confirmation from us which will signify we have received your order. You will next hear from us when we ship your product, letting you know it has left of our depot.
Cost of delivery
All orders cost €3 for shipping.
My parcel has not arrived…
At any time you can log in to your account on our website to find out if your parcel has left our depot. You will know this has occurred regardless as we will email you.
We use a mixture of An Post and Fastways couriers to deliver our parcels. If you have any concern over the arrival of your package please contact us directly to find out what’s going on!
Delivery T&C’s
1. Items instructed to be left outside in a Safe Dry Location are at your own responsibility.
2. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. We will process all orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays on the next working day.
3. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including the intended recipient’s name and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
